  • Anton’s career began as an operator in fire suppression and herbicide applicator roles. He went on to collaborate with Class I, short line and transit railroads along the US East Coast, managing annual on-track spray programs and off-track operations before expanding his scope nationwide in 2022. His experience spans operating and managing programs using spray trucks, ATVs, backpacks, spray trains and cutting equipment of all scales, along with survey and assessment tools. Since 2016, he has been a passionate advocate for the railroad vegetation management industry, promoting safety, education and efficiency.

  • Bryan served 22 years in the United States Marine Corps, holding roles within the Recruiting Command such as Canvassing Recruiter, Station Commander, Lead Instructor, Lead Auditor and Operations Director. After retiring from the military, he worked in the insurance and higher education sectors before entering the vegetation management industry in 2024. In his current role he manages the company’s pesticide licensing program, oversees recruiting and hiring, and supports day-to-day operations. Bryan is dedicated to fostering a culture of safety, efficiency and professional growth within his team, and enjoys spending time with his family and coaching youth sports.

  • Jeffrey began his career in railroad vegetation management in 1981, working alongside his father Wes Osburn. With more than 45 years of experience, he has held nearly every role within the company, from applicator to President and CEO, managing projects for short line and Class I railroads nationwide. A well-regarded expert known for his deep industry knowledge, Jeffrey continues to guide the next generation of managers and applicators toward the industry’s growth opportunities. As his career winds down, Jeffrey looks forward to enjoying his family and the outdoors.

  • Wayne’s railroad vegetation management career began in the field 1989, where he quickly developed the technical and leadership skills that have defined his career since. After two years operating spray trucks on railroad and DOT projects, Wayne spent nine years in project management overseeing services for Class I, short line and commuter railroads in the Northeast. Since 2000, he has served at the executive level, partnering with five Class I railroads and hundreds of short line and commuter railroads throughout North America. A respected voice dedicated to innovation and collaboration, Wayne continues to contribute to advancing the industry.

  • Jason entered the field of railroad vegetation management in 1999 after obtaining his Bachelor of Science degree. Throughout his career he has since directed projects for five Class I railroads in North America and more than 100 short line and commuter railroads. His expertise spans every aspect of large-scale system-wide vegetation management, including herbicide program recommendations and design, safety compliance, operational oversight and team leadership. Jason is a driven industry advocate, serving for a term as the NRCA President from 2020-2022.

  • Scott’s career in the right-of-way (ROW) vegetation control industry began in 1998 on the utility side of vegetation management in Missouri and Kansas before transitioning to the railroad sector, where he now oversees its operations throughout North America. Scott holds a Bachelor of Science degree and is an ISA Certified Arborist, combining his understanding of arboriculture with practical vegetation management expertise to promote safe, sustainable and compliant practices.

  • Andrew’s career in vegetation management began in 2015 after completing his undergraduate degree. He then earned a Master of Science in Horticulture and Crop Science, researching herbicide impacts on railroad rights-of-way, and later completed his PhD studying turfgrass biology, ecology and herbicide resistance. He has provided technical support and strategic guidance to the agricultural sciences industry, emphasizing product performance, quality and customer success. In his current role, Andrew is committed to advancing effective, sustainable vegetation management practices, while ensuring regulatory compliance and safety.

  • Jetson’s professional experience spans supply chain, transportation and vegetation management. After earning his undergraduate degree, he worked as an intermodal logistics transportation manager and later led freight payment system projects for Fortune 500 companies. He completed his MBA in 2002, advanced through supply chain roles and earned his Project Management Professional certification in 2006. Jetson entered vegetation management in 2008 when he joined his family business as General Manager. Today he owns HD Machines and continues to expand his technical expertise, having completed AI Intelligence studies at MIT in 2025.
